Location: Mahul Chembur. Mumbai
Working time:10:00 am to 06:00 pm
Working days: Monday to Saturday(2nd & 4th Sat off availability required if needed)
Reports To: GM & Partners Directly
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations ensuring efficient handling of inventory stock management and ecommerce order fulfilment. The ideal candidate should have experience in Shopify Amazon Flipkart and other online marketplaces along with expertise in inventory control procurement and warehouse organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warehouse & Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate stock inventory across all SKUs ensuring realtime stock updates.
- Monitor stock levels identify slowmoving or expired stock and take corrective actions.
- Conduct regular stock audits cycle counts and physical inventory verifications.
- Ensure proper storage labelling and organization of products in the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to maximize efficiency.
- Ecommerce Order Fulfilment & Logistics
- Manage and oversee order processing packing and dispatch for Shopify Amazon Flipkart and other ecommerce platforms.
- Ensure ontime order fulfilment coordinating with logistics partners and courier services.
- Monitor return orders damaged goods and customer complaints resolving issues promptly.
- Work closely with the customer support team to ensure seamless order tracking and problem resolution.
- Maintain records of shipping deliveries and order status for reporting purposes.
- Procurement & Stock Replenishment
- Identify stock requirements and procure new products raw materials and packaging materials.
- Coordinate with vendors suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Negotiate with suppliers for costeffective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.
- Track minimum stock levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Expired & Damaged Stock Management
- Identify and manage expired obsolete or defective products ensuring proper disposal or return to suppliers.
- Implement stock clearance strategies to minimize waste and loss.
- Maintain detailed reports of damaged and expired inventory for audits.
- Warehouse Operations & Team Management
- Supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Train and guide the team on warehouse best practices inventory handling and safety protocols.
- Optimize warehouse space for maximum efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain warehouse safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Generate daily weekly and monthly inventory reports.
- Monitor order fulfilment performance identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
- Use data insights to optimize stock management and procurement decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in warehouse management ecommerce fulfilment or inventory control.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify Amazon Flipkart and other ecommerce order processing systems.
- Experience with inventory management software (Zoho Inventory Unicommerce Vinculum or similar).
- Excellent understanding of stock control procurement and warehouse best practices.
- Ability to manage and lead a warehouse team efficiently.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel Google Sheets and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of logistics shipping and courier coordination.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with warehouse automation tools.
- Familiarity with B2B and B2C supply chain operations.
- Certification in inventory management or supply chain logistics is a plus.
