Job Description

Overview
A Real estate company in Baner is looking for a suitable HR candidate.
Location Baner
TimingsMonday to Saturday 9.30am to 6.30pm
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate and manage the recruitment process including posting job vacancies and screening applications.
  • Conduct interviews and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Assist in developing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation structure.
  • Support and implement performance management systems.
  • Address employee complaints and conflicts facilitating resolution strategies.
  • Organize employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR databases.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to inform decisionmaking.
  • Assist in maintaining a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local state and federal employment laws.
  • Facilitate exit interviews to collect feedback and improve retention.
  • Coordinate health and safety programs to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on HR trends.
  • Collaborate with management to understand and meet the organizations HR needs.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 23 years of experience in a human resources role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and employment laws.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
