A Real estate company in Baner is looking for a suitable HR candidate.

TimingsMonday to Saturday 9.30am to 6.30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Administer HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate and manage the recruitment process including posting job vacancies and screening applications.
- Conduct interviews and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Assist in developing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Manage employee benefits and compensation structure.
- Support and implement performance management systems.
- Address employee complaints and conflicts facilitating resolution strategies.
- Organize employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR databases.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to inform decisionmaking.
- Assist in maintaining a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local state and federal employment laws.
- Facilitate exit interviews to collect feedback and improve retention.
- Coordinate health and safety programs to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on HR trends.
- Collaborate with management to understand and meet the organizations HR needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 23 years of experience in a human resources role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employment laws.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
