Job Description
- Review and interpret engineering plans and drawings.
- Experience in Myone & Aluform is mandatory
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage onsite construction activities and daily reports.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
- Address and resolve any technical issues during construction.
- Prepare and update project documentation and site records.
- Assist in the selection and procurement of materials.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure alignment with design specifications.
- Collaborate with environmental engineers to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Evaluate subcontractor bids and assist in contract negotiations.
- Provide technical guidance to workers and onsite teams.
- Ensure that all work is performed according to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Support project managers with cost estimation and budgeting.
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in construction project management.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering design principles.
- Knowledge of local construction codes and regulations.
- Proficient in CAD and other engineering software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with cost estimation and budgeting.
- Familiarity with safety management practices.
