What Youll Do
- Develop and maintain robust cost accounting procedures for wine production and restaurant operations.
- Oversee inventory for multiple categories from raw materials to finished goods ensuring accuracy and optimal stock levels.
- Generate critical cost reports provide actionable insights to management and stay compliant with wineryspecific tax and excise regulations.
- Implement continuous process improvements working closely with IT and staff to optimize systems and workflows.
Who You Are
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field; CIMA or CA qualification is a plus.
- 3 years of cost accounting experience ideally in manufacturing food & beverage or hospitality.
- Proficiency in accounting software Excel and standard cost allocation methods.
- Detailfocused team player with strong communication and timemanagement skills.
