Job Specification
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards social media and networking to identify and engage with top talent.
- CV Formatting: Prepare candidate CVs in a professional format according to our internal requirements.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and CRM.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
- Reference Checks: Conduct background and reference checks on shortlisted candidates.
- Client Liaison: Assist in understanding client needs and role requirements.
- Job Ad Creation: Draft and publish job advertisements on multiple platforms.
- Candidate Communication: Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the process.
- Talent Pooling: Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for future roles.
- New client development: Identify approach and onboard new clients
- Sales: Promote our recruitment services to potential clients and close new business opportunities.
