Job Description
Were hiring an AI Systems & Marketing Manager to lead the development implementation and management of AIpowered solutions across our real estate business. Youll work directly with the team leader to drive marketing innovation manage our virtual assistants and oversee our tech stack from CRM and content workflows to transaction and client service automations.
If youre a techsavvy marketer with strong leadership skills and you love systems automation and making things more efficient this is the role for you.
Strategy & Leadership
- Lead the implementation of AI tools across marketing lead followup and operations
- Build and document workflows for automations email sequences and content systems
- Translate highlevel business goals into stepbystep plans for VAs
- Track KPIs and suggest improvements based on results
Marketing Oversight
- Guide and review all AIgenerated content: listing descriptions social media email copy
- Build email marketing strategies using platforms like Mailchimp or Follow Up Boss
- Maintain brand consistency and voice across all channels
- Support ad strategy including paid social and Google campaigns
Team & Tech Management
- Manage and mentor a team of virtual assistants (task delegation QA accountability)
- Oversee CRM workflows lead routing tagging and automations
- Maintain internal tools and dashboards (Zapier ClickUp Airtable Notion etc.
- Troubleshoot tech systems and recommend better tools when needed
- 3 years in marketing operations digital systems or techdriven project management
- Strong understanding of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT Jasper Midjourney Claude)
- Handson experience with CRMs (Follow Up Boss Chime or similar)
- Familiar with project management tools (ClickUp Asana Notion etc.
- Previous experience managing virtual teams or contractors
- Excellent communication organization and leadership skills
- Real estate industry knowledge is a strong plus but not required
