Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Junior Corporate Commercial Law Attorney to join our clients legal team in Randburg
Duties & Responsibilities
- Experience (including during articles) in corporate and commercial law
- Newly admitted to 2 Years post article candidates are welcome to apply
- Assist with mergers acquisitions and corporate restructuring transactions
- Draft review and negotiate contracts agreements and other legal documents
- Conduct legal research and stay up to date with relevant laws and regulations
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements and company law
- Liaise with clients regulatory bodies and other stakeholders
- Assist in dispute resolution and litigation processes where necessary
