As a Brand Associate youll serve as a vital link between our clients and the public. You will represent major brands at local events deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate with your team to achieve campaign goals. Brand Associate Responsibilities Include:
Represent clients professionally at branded events throughout the Birmingham area.
Engage with potential customers to educate them about products and services.
Answer customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure satisfaction.
Set up and maintain a polished and organized event display.
Track customer interactions and feedback to support campaign performance.
Work with the team to meet and exceed campaign goals.
Assist in brainstorming and executing promotional strategies.
Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay informed and up to date.
Maintain strong knowledge of client brands and offerings.
