Our Denver CO warehouse serves as the central hub for storing maintaining and distributing equipment and supplies to support our programs across the country.
About the Role:
The Warehouse Logistics Manager plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of BAM!s warehouse inventory and shipping logistics. This role is responsible for managing daytoday warehouse operations ensuring the accurate tracking forecasting ordering and quality control of all equipment and supplies used in BAM! programs.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detailoriented and organized leader who thrives in a fastpaced environment and is passionate about creating efficient systems that directly support handson education programs for kids.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Inventory & Supply Chain Management
    • Manage the inventory management system (integrated with Salesforce) to track equipment and supplies.
    • Use program data and schedules to forecast and order computers hardware sports equipment and consumable classroom supplies.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records minimizing shortages and ensuring ontime restocking.
  2. Warehouse Operations & Logistics
    • Oversee shipping and receiving operations ensuring materials are delivered on time to program sites across the U.S.
    • Organize the warehouse for efficient packing storage and retrieval of equipment.
    • Coordinate with carriers freight services and program teams to optimize logistics and costeffectiveness.
  3. Equipment Quality Control & Maintenance
    • Inspect returned equipment ensuring it is properly cleaned repaired and ready for reuse.
    • Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards for program materials.
    • Establish procedures for the proper storage and disposal of consumable supplies.
  4. Leadership & Continuous Improvement
    • Supervise warehouse staff and seasonal workers providing training on inventory systems logistics and safety protocols.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Maintain a safe organized and compliant warehouse environment.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 3 years of experience in warehouse management logistics or inventory control (preferably in education events or retail distribution).
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (Salesforce experience a plus).
  • Experience in forecasting and procurement of equipment and consumable supplies.
  • Familiarity with shipping and receiving logistics including working with carriers and freight providers.
  • Excellent organization communication and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment as needed (up to 50 lbs).
  • Experience managing warehouse teams and seasonal staff is a plus.

Schedule: Monday Friday Day Shift (some weekends as needed)
