Senior Labor & Employment Attorney
Career Consulting Partners has formed a strategic alliance with a thriving plaintiff firm that focuses on Labor & Employment the right way. We are seeking an experienced Senior Labor and Employment Attorney with a focus on single plaintiff litigation. The ideal candidate will handle all aspects of litigation from case inception through resolution and represent clients in court proceedings including trials when necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage a caseload of single plaintiff employment litigation matters including claims of wrongful termination discrimination harassment retaliation and wage and hour disputes.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.
- Draft review and revise legal documents such as pleadings motions briefs and discovery responses.
- Represent clients in court proceedings including hearings depositions mediations arbitrations and trials as needed.
- Provide strategic counsel to clients by evaluating available options and formulating effective courses of action.
- Collaborate with partners associates paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management and client communication.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of federal state and local employment laws and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Juris Doctor (J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in employment law litigation with a focus on single plaintiff cases.
- Proven track record of handling cases from inception through trial.
- Strong analytical research and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service and maintaining the highest ethical standards.

- Compensation: $190000 $225000
- Plus additional compensation on settled cases
