Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate leads build relationships and set up meetings for our sales team. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base for application development AI/ML services and travel industry solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients across industries.
- Generate leads through outbound prospecting cold calls emails and LinkedIn outreach.
- Qualify inbound leads and set up meetings for the Business Development team.
- Develop a strong understanding of Convergent Platforms offerings in application development AI/ML and eVisa solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Requirements:
- 13 years of experience in sales lead generation or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
- Selfmotivated goaloriented and eager to learn.
- Prior experience in SaaS IT services or AI/ML solutions is a plus.
