As an Infrastructure Applications Analyst/Developer youll play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the Universitys enterprise applications. Youll have the opportunity to work on diverse technical challenges collaborating with a talented team to ensure system availability and performance. This role offers you the chance to develop your skills across a wide range of technologies while contributing to the success of a leading educational institution.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide Technical Support and Maintenance: Execute support and maintenance tasks for infrastructure applications ensuring systems operate efficiently and meet service requirements.
  • Manage Application Lifecycle: Participate in software currency maintenance version control and production deployments acting as a gatekeeper for productionready software.
  • Resolve Complex Issues: Analyse and diagnose production incidents working effectively with a team of experts to resolve multifunctional problems.
  • Improve Processes and Documentation: Develop and maintain operational documentation and contribute to the improvement of support processes and tools.

You may be a great fit if:

You are a skilled IT professional with tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline possessing a strong technical background in enterprise systems and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a complex fastpaced environment.

You may also:

  • Have experience in administering and maintaining enterprise systems in a commercial environment.
  • Possess strong knowledge of ITIL practices and information systems support.
  • Demonstrate excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to diagnose complex technical issues.
  • Have experience with a range of technologies including Windows Server UNIX IIS Apache and various database systems.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
