implement standardized procedures to improve operational workflows. Design and execute
strategies for cost reduction in R&D processes without compromising
quality. Accelerate
development timelines to achieve faster time-to-market for new products. Integrate
sustainable practices into product design and development, ensuring
environmental compliance. Drive advancements in core performance metrics such as energy
density, power density, and cycle life. Conduct experiments and simulations to test and validate new
materials and technologies. Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal
stakeholders and customers to highlight technological improvements Accountability :
