An established engineering consulting firm is looking for a Business Process Improvement and Quality Assurance Specialist to lead quality systems implementation business process improvements and compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the companys Integrated Management System and Quality Management System
- Spearhead ISO recertification programs (ISO
- Oversee information and data management ensuring compliance and optimised information flow
- Develop and execute an internal audit calendar ensuring the organisation is prepared for external audits
- Optimise business processes through workflow automation and alignment with organisational strategy
Required expertise:
- 10 years of experience
- Experiencewithin the engineering consulting sector would be advantageous
- Strong technical knowledge of quality management systems and ISO standards
- Expertise in business process mapping automation and optimisation
- Experience managing enterprise risk assessment and compliance
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across all levels of an organisation
- Business Management degree/diploma plus relevant certifications in ISO auditing quality management and business process optimisation
