Job Description:
- Operate and monitor the Roll Forming machine to ensure smooth production processes.
- Set up and adjust machine settings as per production requirements.
- Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition and perform basic maintenance tasks.
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.
- Maintain accurate daily production records including quantity quality and downtime.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the machine to ensure optimal functioning.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Report any machine malfunctions or production delays to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a machine operator especially in roll forming or similar machinery preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
