Budget: Upto 17 LPA
Job Summary:
The Closing Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales operations of residential real estate properties within a given region or market. This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies driving revenue growth and ensuring the sales targets are met. The Sales Manager is also responsible for building and maintaining client relationships and monitoring market trends to adapt to changing conditions.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Handle Customer walkins sales inquiries at the Sales Office.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information to meet them.
- Develop maintain and improve business relations with all customers.
- Seeks out and targets new customers and new sales opportunities.
- Should have experience in dealing with HNIs
- Experience from Luxury Real Estate should have handled ticket size of 5 Crore (Preferred)
Candidate Requirements:
- Any graduate with proven work experience of min. 34 years in the field of Luxury real estate sales in Mumbai
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
