Job Description

Our client in the automotive industry based in Uitenhage is currently looking to employ a Millwright with Injection Moulding experience.


Requirements:

  • Millwrights who have Injection Moulding experience/ who are familiar with working at a factory (paintline) preferred.
  • Minimum Matric Qualification
  • A relevant Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering would be Advantageous.
  • Technical Education NTC4 Millwright Trade Tested.
  • 24 Years Experience in the Manufacturing and/ or Automotive Industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Servicing and maintenance of pneumatic/hydraulic controls and their components.
  • Installation work on machines and systems.
  • Component testing and documentation after maintenance work.
  • Special tasks according to definition of plantspecific process instruction and instructions by superiors.
  • Knowledge of the maintenance program basic knowledge of mechatronics pneumatics hydraulics electronics drive technology.
  • Participation in process improvements as part of RPS proper handling of work materials.
  • Delivery according to specific standards and guidelines.
  • Share communicate information by statements suggestions gesture or appearance.
  • Basic understanding of paint processes paint robots and fault finding.
