We are looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join the talented kitchen brigade at a highly regarded countryside venue. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your pastry skills in a creative forwardthinking environment that values quality sustainability and innovation.
As part of a 2 AA Rosette kitchen team you ll be joining a professional and wellorganized pastry section within a venue that combines refined dining with a relaxed rustic charm. The kitchen is equipped with topoftherange kit and ongoing investment ensures you ll be working in an inspiring and efficient environment. With a varied offering that includes fine dining desserts afternoon teas celebration cakes and bespoke event menus no two days are the same.
Salary: 35692 per year service chargeper year)
Contract: 48 hours per week 5 days out of 7
Livein Accommodation Available 303 per month including bills just 5 minutes from the venue)
