Below
are the key roles and responsibilities
1.
Chemical testing and analysis of Raw material and Manufacturing process stages.
2.
MSDS of all raw material
3.
Work instruction preparation of all type of testing
4.
Training and skill development of chemist
5.
Identification of defects, root cause analysis and correction action along with
the CFT team.
6.
Maintain Safety and compliance of EHS & OHSAS
7.
Calibration and verification of laboratory equipments
8.
Maintain the records as per ISO standards,
9.
Analysis of process and raw material inspection results for further improvement
in process and supplier end.
10.
Continuous improvement
