Job Overview


We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to join our team at RS Brothers Retail India Pvt Ltd. As a CRM Manager you will develop and implement customer relationship management strategies to enhance customer loyalty and maximize customer lifetime value. This is a seniorlevel position requiring 7 to 10 years of experience. The job location is Hyderabad Telangana India. This is a fulltime position.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field
  • Proven experience as a CRM Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of CRM principles strategies and best practices
  • Experience with CRM software and tools
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional team
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to increase customer engagement and retention
  • Manage and maintain customer databases ensuring data accuracy and relevancy
  • Segment customer database and create targeted marketing campaigns
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns including personalized and automated emails
  • Monitor customer behaviour and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM strategies
  • Identify and implement CRM tools and technologies to support business objectives
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of CRM campaigns and initiatives
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in CRM
  • Train and educate team members on CRM strategies and best practices
