Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to join our team at RS Brothers Retail India Pvt Ltd. As a CRM Manager you will develop and implement customer relationship management strategies to enhance customer loyalty and maximize customer lifetime value. This is a seniorlevel position requiring 7 to 10 years of experience. The job location is Hyderabad Telangana India. This is a fulltime position.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field
- Proven experience as a CRM Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of CRM principles strategies and best practices
- Experience with CRM software and tools
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute CRM strategies to increase customer engagement and retention
- Manage and maintain customer databases ensuring data accuracy and relevancy
- Segment customer database and create targeted marketing campaigns
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns including personalized and automated emails
- Monitor customer behaviour and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM strategies
- Identify and implement CRM tools and technologies to support business objectives
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of CRM campaigns and initiatives
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in CRM
- Train and educate team members on CRM strategies and best practices
