In addition to being responsible for providing basic care and assistance with activities of daily living you would be an integral part of a team whose energy compassion creativity and talents are valued and rewarded. Qualifications:
- High school graduate/GED
- CNA certification license
- Excellent interpersonal skills including customer service patience empathy and compassion
- Effective communication skills
- Good collaboration and teamwork skills
- Fast and adaptive problemsolving abilities
- Keen attention to detail
- Indepth understanding of patient care policies and regulations
- Familiarity with symptoms and signs of improvement for a number of medical conditions
- Comfortable working with specific populations of patients including elderly patients and those with special needs
- Physical strength and stamina
