• Present Solutions: Clearly explain coverage options in a way that builds trust and helps clients make informed decisions.
• Support the Application Process: Help clients complete insurance applications accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain Relationships: Provide followup service answer questions and check in with clients over time.
• Track Performance: Log calls manage leads and work toward personal and team goals.
