Job Description
Essential Job Functions
Position: Valet Clerk
Department: Laundry
Updated: 6/5/2007
Primary Responsibilities: guest interaction ordering responsibilities clean up duties clerical responsibilities etc.
Operate cash register/Point of Sale
Keep accurate records (including daily Valet Production Reports)
Pick up and deliver dry cleaned items
Secondary Responsibilities:
Operate all dry cleaning equipment (including all presses dry cleaning machine and spotting board)
In order to be successful in this position the ideal candidate must meet the following criteria

Past Work Experience Requirements: (Type of work number of years required equivalent experience etc.
Strong work history
Dry Cleaning experience preferred but not required.
Educational Requirements: (Degree/Certification highest required/preferred field of study)
High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred
Communication Skills Requirements: (Verbal: phone inperson group; Written: memos documents)
Must be able to communicate professionally with guests and coworkers by phone and in person
Must have strong telephone skills
Technical Requirements:
Must possess a current West Virginia drivers license
