We are looking for HR Operations executive to join our HR team. Who will be responsible for managing HR administration work implementing effective HR policies and ensuring smooth HR operations. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and interpersonal skills who can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Description
Your role will involve maintaining employee records overseeing HR processes managing employee benefits and payroll and ensuring compliance with all HR policies and regulations.
Familiarity with developing and implementing HR policies
Assist in internal and external audits related to compliance matters.
Prepare necessary documentation and reports as required for audit purposes.
Identify areas for process improvement within the compliance functions.
Propose and implement solutions to streamline processes enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
