Job Description
Full Time: Fiber Optic Splicing Technician
$20/hr Production Bonus Incentives
Multiple schedule options available (Including 4 10 hour shifts)
Weekly Pay

Job Description:
AFL is looking for motivated individuals to join our fiber splicing team! Experience in the Telecom industry is preferred but not required. We will fully train you to learn how to splice fiber optics and earn a great income. This includes underground and aerial splicing as well as running fiber drops for our client. We service both residential and commercial customers.
Employment Requirements:
- Valid state drivers license and nonnegligent driving record
- Preemployment background check and drug/alcohol screening
- Ability to perform job activities in all weather conditions
IE: Extreme heat/cold rain snow inclement weather
- Capable of carrying handling and climbing 28ft ladders
- Working at heights: IE Splicing fiber on utility poles and strands
- Weekend and Holiday work may be required
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently to achieve common goals in the field with little supervision
Preferred:
Telecom: Cable or Fiber Splicing Experience
Landscaping and/or physical labor
