Belleview Christian School is seeking a passionate and dedicated High School Girls Varsity Volleyball Coach who embodies high character high energy and strong Christian values. The ideal candidate will be a transformational leader committed to cultivating a positive and competitive culture within our athletic program. This individual will inspire mentor and develop studentathletes promoting excellence both on and off the court. Pay Details: $2500.00 end of season stipend. Key Responsibilities: - Leadership & Mentorship: Serve as a role model for studentathletes demonstrating high character and Christian values. Provide guidance and support to help them grow as individuals and athletes.
- Program Development: Design and implement a comprehensive training program that emphasizes skill development physical fitness teamwork and sportsmanship.
- Energy & Engagement: Bring high energy to all practices games and team activities. Foster an enthusiastic and motivated team environment.
- Transformational Coaching: Focus on the holistic development of studentathletes aiming to positively impact their lives through sport. Encourage academic success and personal mental and spiritual growth.
- Culture Building: Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive team culture that reflects the values and mission of Belleview Christian School. Promote respect discipline and accountability.
- Competition Preparation: Develop game strategies conduct practice sessions and analyze performance to prepare the team for competitive success.
- Community Involvement: Engage with the school community parents and local organizations to build strong relationships and support for the athletic program.
- Administrative Duties: Manage team logistics including scheduling game day management transportation equipment inventory and fundraising. Ensure compliance with school policies and regulations.
Qualifications: - Proven experience in coaching at the high school or collegiate level.
- Strong commitment to Christian values and the mission of Belleview Christian School.
- Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate studentathletes.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- CHSAA certification (or willingness to obtain).
