The ability to develop partnerships with customers which are built on delivery timely and effective communication and trust. The proven ability to learn new technologies quickly. Selfmotivation and the ability to work independently with limited supervision Develops integrated systems that may combine commercial programs opensource software and locally developed code. Advanced knowledge of software development data design systems and business analysis techniques and detailed knowledge of business functions. Five to seven years of relevant experience in the design development and implementation of networked computer systems Two or more years experience developing solutions used in complex multithreaded applications. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering or the equivalent.
