Our Mission
The Anderson Tech Academy provided by Anderson Auto Group is based in our Service Departments. This courses objective is helping you earn your Ford Master Certification.

We will pair you with an experienced Technician to apprentice free tuition pay and a toolbox while you learn the ins and outs of the industry. You become an Anderson employee eligible for medical and dental coverage as well as 401K. This handson program shows you how to effectively service and repair all makes and models with an emphasis on Ford Vehicles; youll have an opportunity to specialize in Ford Mazda KIA Dodge Jeep Chrysler or Mitsubishi.

You will be a member of our Service Team as you learn and earn your Master Certification over the following 7 years. This system helps jumpstart your career in vehicle service without paying a single cent in tuition and learn while earning a living.

Program Requirements
High School Diploma or GED (minimum age 18
Mechanically inclined and strong desire to learn
Acceptable drug test results background check MVR and fit for duty evaluation upon job offer
Transportation to attend classes and shop assignments
Successfully pass interview & assessment process
