This Role is TailorMade for You Because:
You have strong expertise in building & supporting modern data platform service integrations APIs and working with crossfunctional teams including digital retail analytics and Product teams.Youre also resourceful and collaborative with stakeholders and partner with Product Managers Data Analysts and crossfunctional teams to align data solutions with business needs. A sense of humor is a plus!
A Day in the Life:
The typical day is atypical. Your Key Responsibilities may include.
1. Leadership & Team Management
- Lead mentor and scale a team of Data Engineers and Customer Service Engineers.
- Provide technical and strategic direction to the team ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Drive hiring performance management and career growth initiatives within the team.
- Foster a highperformance culture focused on innovation collaboration and delivery excellence.
2. Data Engineering & Modernization
- Architect design and implement modern data pipelines using BigQuery SQL Servers and GCP services.
- Lead data modernization initiatives migrating legacy systems to scalable cloudbased architectures.
- Ensure high availability performance and security of data infrastructure.
3. Data Governance & Compliance
- Develop and enforce data governance frameworks to ensure data quality security and compliance.
- Implement data cataloging lineage tracking and metadata management best practices.
- Work with compliance teams to align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
4. Service Integrations API Development & Automation
- Design and build APIs and microservices for seamless integration across platforms and thirdparty services.
- Enable customer data integrations to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Ensure API scalability security and best practices in service integrations.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated data pipeline deployment and management.
- Drive automation using Python and other scripting languages to optimize data workflows.

To Land This Role:
- 10 years of overall experience in software/data engineering with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in Big Query SQL Servers GA4 and GCP services.
- Proven experience in building and implementing Data Governance frameworks.
- Handson experience in data pipeline architectures ETL processes and cloudbased data processing.
- Strong knowledge of data security compliance and governance best practices.
- Experience in API development microservices and service integrations.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines Python and other scripting languages.
- Exposure to AIdriven data solutions is a plus.
- Experience in data modernization projects and migrating legacy data systems is must.
- Excellent problemsolving analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is 175000.00 USD 215000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.Benefits Information
