We are selectively seeking a Launch Engineer to join our team. Successful candidates will have a desire to work in a fastpaced environment based on trust and integrity and have an interest in a handson approach to business. Interested applicants should have a passion for manufacturing and innovation as well as a desire for a broad scope of daily responsibilities. In addition to these qualities we are looking for someone with the following characteristics and qualifications:
Were looking for quicklearning technically oriented engineers with the following qualities:
- 3 years of engineering experience launching product
- Lighting experience is a plus
- Proven selfdirected Project Management skills while consistently hitting deadlines
- To lead new product development through concept design tooling and production readiness.
- Proven results towards continuous improvements
- Experience with product or process innovations and a perpetual drive toward learning
- Familiarity with many different aspects of the manufacturing process i.e. product/machine design and build launch quoting price negotiation customer interaction
- Proven leadership ability and desire to work in a team based atmosphere
Additionally were looking for the following qualifications:
- A Bachelors degree in engineering
- 3 years of experience in related field
- Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder
- Manufacturing experience is a plus!
- Industry specific experience is a plus but not a requirement
