Position Summary: The School Strategy Partner is the lead network support role assigned to agroup of schools to provide strategic planning and resource use support to school leadersacross all sources of funding. The School Strategy Partner is the main point of contact to schoolleaders Instructional Leadership Directors and crossfunctional network teams for schoollevelplanning resource use implementation and continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in education public administration publicpolicy data analytics economics business management science operations researchor a closely related field
Masters degree in above fields or Ed.D. preferred
Experience:
Four 4 years of school operations school strategy school administrative Federalprograms and or business experience
Strong financial acumen preferably in the school context such as School Activity Fundsgeneral and bond dollars federal programs understanding impact of enrollmentattendance and per pupil expenditures
Experience with different instructional models and/or school site master scheduling highlydesired
Specialized Knowledge Licenses etc.:
Working knowledge of Munis and budgeting
Knowledge of financial processes in educational settings
Strong financial acumen preferably in the school context such as School Activity Fundsgeneral and bond dollars federal programs understanding impact of enrollmentattendance and per pupil expenditures
Strong analytical skills that inform problemsolving and decisionmaking capacity
Demonstrated customer service skills leadership ability and decisionmaking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and Google Drive
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
