Job Description

Essence of the job:

To run the branch successfully. Working on the shop floor and in constant contact with their customers and staff. Responsible for ensuring their staff give great customer service as well as monitoring the financial performance of the branch and maintaining stock of the branch at the required levels. To completely manage the finance & administrative functions of the branch (Debtors creditors & general admin functions).

Qualification:

Matric

Minimum Requirements:

Min 5 years of retail branch management experience.

Essential customer service and communication skills.

Product and application knowledge including the ability to read catalogues.

Valid drivers license.

Computer literate: MS Office.
