Job Description
Certified Caregivers (CCG) NEEDED FOR IMMEDIATE SHIFTS IN TUCSON AND SURROUNDING AREAS.
Preferred Care at Home of Tucson is seeking compassionate and dedicated AZ State Certified Caregivers to provide personal care services for our senior clients in the greater Tucson area. This is a variable hour hourly pay in home position set your own schedule. As aCCG you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients by assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their wellbeing. You will also have the opportunity to pick up 1012hrs shifts in facilities as they become available.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing and grooming.
- Assist with meal planning preparation and feeding.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
- Assist with housekeeping tasks including laundry and light cleaning.
- Ensure the safety and security of clients at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a caregiver or in a similar role: minimum of 1 year required
- Certification in CPR and First Aid or ability to obtain it (we can we can help you to get at no cost)
- Current TB test with negative result or ability to obtain it (we can we can help you to get at no cost)
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with elderly clients.
- Current State of AZ CCG certification
- Compassionate patient and reliable.
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job such as lifting and assisting clients with mobility.
- Be 21 years or older

Bonus Details
New employees who are actively working shifts willreceivea $500 bonus after 5 months of employment.
