Job Description
Essential Job Functions
Position: Truck Driver
Department: Motor Services
Primary Responsibilities: guest interaction ordering responsibilities clean up duties clerical responsibilities etc.
Provide service as needed within Trucking Department (i.e. Sanitary Service Warehouse Delivery Service Food Service and Car Washing) and other Trucking Services as needed.
Provide customer service as needed
Perform daily vehicle inspections per DOT guidelines
Follow all DOT rules and regulations
Secondary Responsibilities:
Able to perform additional duties during emergency situations
Required to assume duties of all positions in motor services off season
Normal Working Hours: (Shift days
40 hours per week days off varies
Weekends and holidays

Past Work Experience Requirements: (Type of work number of years required equivalent experience etc.
Customer service experience preferred
Work in Transportation/Logistics Industry a plus
Educational Requirements: (Degree/Certification highest required/preferred field of study)
High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred
Communication Skills Requirements: (Verbal: phone inperson group; Written: memos documents)
Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Ability to communicate well with guest
Must relate well with guest
Maintain good working relationship with hotel staff
Ability to provide a 5Star atmosphere
Technical Requirements:
CDL (Class B) required
Passenger endorsement required
Ability to drive standard transmission
Knowledge of regional area (Roanoke Beckley Charleston Washington and Richmond)
