Job Description
We are seeking a Hospitality Team Member to join our dynamic team at Kids First Too located in Milford Ohio. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities include:
* Client and Staff Relations: Foster positive relationships with clients and staff members to maintain a welcoming and supportive environment.
* Program Promotion: Effectively communicate program details to families highlighting the benefits and activities involved in our classes and events.
* Administrative Duties: Ensure all client accounts are meticulously maintained including the completion of waivers enrollment data billing information etc.
* Errand Support: Facilitate nearby trips to local stores or the post office for purchasing staff gifts or items for the gift shop as needed.
* Decorating: Create a welcoming atmosphere by decorating the front entrance and lobby according to upcoming seasons holidays and themes.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
* Detailoriented with strong organizational abilities.
* Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.

About Kids First TOO
In 2000 one of Recreations Outlets satellite locations resided within Kids First Sports Center 2010 Recreations consolidated all their satellites into one large facility in Milford and from that moment our relationship flip flopped: Kids First became one of Recreations first tenants with 7000 sq ft of shiny new space! And Kids First Too was born featuring gymnastics programs for girls and boys as young as 10 months through the teens. Since then the families of Kids First Too have watched us grow by leaps and bounds and somersaults! In 2014 we expanded from 7000 to 15000 s.f. and added highly requested childrens programming Storm Cheerleading and Boys Agility Training new floor space equipment and inground trampolines and foamfilled training pits. BUT WAIT in 2019 we expanded another 15000 s.f and created a designated gymnastics and cheer team training facility with additional space to house a Ninja rig for our new Ninja program coming soon!
