Location: Gibsonia PA FREE Parking

Schedule: Monday Friday 7:30 4:30 (Flexible on shift time)
Compensation: $15.00 $15.00. Bonus opportunities available

Responsibilities
Ideal candidates have highend customer service skills copy/mail experience and the ability to work well in a fastpaced environment. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Operating mailing copy printing and scanning equipment
- Driving a school vehicle to deliver and pick up print/copy work interoffice mail and USPS mail
- Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
- Ordering supplies for the copy center and copier fleet
- Maintaining and updating IST reporting tools
- Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a highvolume production environment
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Drivers License
- Exceptional attention to detail
- 1 year experience working in a professional office or copy/mail center a HUGE plus
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Excellent attendance reliable; ability to work independently and in a team setting
