As anAcquisitions Manageryou are the source for generatingmore inventory with a betterselection and ultimately helping the dealership sell more vehicles. No automotive experience necessary. We provide anextensive twoweek training program toget you familiar with all systems (vAuto VinSolutions KBB Cars) scripts and word tracks through role playing and appointment setting.
Responsibilities:
- Direct outreach to customers via phone email and text
- Engage with customers and set appointments for showroom visits
- Provide customers with live market data on their vehicle
- Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or noshow
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily
Qualifications:
- Previouscustomer service experience
- Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
- Prompt and courteous demeanor
- Positive and hardworking personality
- Strong computer skills
