Key Responsibilities
Present and sell finance & insurance products to customers.
Maximize gross profits on every deal through effective sales strategies.
Review and complete customer credit applications.
Use the Menu Selling Process to streamline presentations.
Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Maintain exceptional Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
Foster strong communication with sales and finance teams.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of automotive dealership F&I experience.
Proven success in generating high customer satisfaction and financial results.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
Ability to pass background checks and preemployment screenings.
