Job Summary:
The Quality Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the Quality Plan as well
as overseeing all qualityrelated activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the Quality Plan to ensure adherence to industry standards and
regulations.
Manage and resolve all qualityrelated issues.
Ensure that all QA/QC processes are followed documented and reported as needed.
Work closely with the project team to maintain the highest levels of quality throughout
the construction process.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
Certification in Quality Management from the American Society for Quality (ASQ) ISO
9001 Lead Auditor or similar certifications (preferred).
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in managing quality control for largescale construction
projects.
Previous experience working on MTA projects.
Skills:
Strong understanding of construction processes materials and methods.
Thorough knowledge of relevant construction codes standards and regulations.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions:
Ability to work on construction sites in various weather conditions.
Occasional travel to different project sites may be required.

Compensation:
Competitive salary commensurate with experience along with a comprehensive benefits
package. This is a fulltime exempt position.
