Job Description
HIGH LEVEL OVERVIEW
Oversee & Support Trade Compliance business unit functions in the US/Globally
Fully remote 3040 travel
EXPECTATIONS
Oversee &Support Business Unit Both imports/exports US/Globally
Full responsibility to support/guide/audit all Compliance Trade Issues within multiple business units 20 all over the country 20 Globally)
Consult with Counsel on necessary TC matters
Responsible for all proper procedures/training/oversight of export/import licensing
Strong leadership/managerial skills
Work with all Government agencies to especially CBP & BIS
Procedures/manuals/training
ESSENTIALS
Bachelors Degree preferred
Current highlevel managerial skills/leadership in Trade Compliance
Experience in corporate trade compliance
ITAR/EAR licensing hands on experience required
Auditing experience
Experience with Govt agencies CBP BIS OFAC
Extensive experience in Microsoft applications
Fully Remote with extensive travel up to 40 internationally
