First (Days)Overview:
Prepares specimens per discipline operating procedure for result/interpretation by technical staff and/or pathologists. Performs instrument maintenance and inventory functions per operating procedures.
Bachelors degree in a chemical physical or biological science or medical technology from an accredited institution required.
Histology Lab candidates with a Bachelor of Science in general studies with 12 semester hours 18 quarter hours) in biology and chemistry will qualify.
