Position Summary: Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the entire facility using the
proper chemicals equipment and techniques. He/she may be required to fill in for the Building
and Grounds Site Supervisor (BGSS) in his/her absence. He/she will report any unsafe
conditions and/or maintenance needs to the BGSS and supervisors.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience:
Previous experience as a custodian preferred
Specialized Knowledge Licenses Etc.:
Clear understanding of different cleaning products and equipment
Able or willingness to learn Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Physical Requirements:
Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
Ability to occasionally life more than 50 lbs. assisted
Ability to climb ladders and scaffolds
