Position: Concierge

To be successful in this position the ideal candidate must meet the following criteria.
In addition to the Service Standards for All Employees
Primary Responsibilities: guest interaction ordering responsibilities clean up duties clerical responsibilities etc.
Indepth understanding of essential hospitality standards and company policies.
Proven skill in developing relations with guests vendors and internal departments.
Time management and resource management.
Responsible for booking restaurants activities babysitting. i.e. systems used Opera RA and Knowcross.
Assisting guests with booking flights transportation and Amtrak train.
Ability to project a professional and knowledgeable demeanor.
Strong organizational communication and verbal skills
Ability to provide professional communication in all environments.
Stay poised and professional under all circumstances; remain polite courteous and helpful.
Learn to evaluate guests by their preferences.
Normal Working Hours: (Shift days
Shifts vary daily days off may not be together expected to work holidays.
Past Work Experience Requirements: (Type of work number of years required equivalent experience etc.
Prior hotel experience preferred.
Public/Guest contact position
Educational Requirements:
High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
Associate or bachelors degree preferred.
Communication Skills Requirements: (Verbal: phone inperson group; Written: memos documents)
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Strong phone etiquette
Technical Requirements:
Strong computer skills
Hourly position with possible gratuities.
