AwardWinning Insurance Agency looking for COMMERCIAL PRODUCER
PRIMARY ROLE:
Awardwinning independent insurance agency with locations in Northern Virginia and Williamsburg is looking for a commercial lines producer. This position is available at our Williamsburg location. We gain the trust of our clients by educating and advising them on risk and claims management issues important to them. They place coverage with our agency because we educate them on facts and strategies no one else has. Our process combined with remarkable market opportunities will allow you to use your talents for great accomplishments in the commercial middle market arena. Our carriers include Erie Travelers the Hartford CNA Nationwide Donegal Berkley Penn National Harford Mutual Accident Fund Chubb Acuity and more. QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION:
- Minimum 2 years demonstrated measurable sales success not necessarily in this industry.
- A prospecting strategy and platform upon which you will receive in depth training will be provided. Your willingness to prospect will be a necessity for success.
- Ability to learn risk and claims management processes and strategies and communicate them effectively with insureds and prospects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
