Job Description
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of ticket sales at events and ability to distribute tickets. Ability to learn sales software and scanning equipment and retain training and troubleshoot independently. Ability to assist Ticket Manager with daily operations. Ability to monitor doors and student entrance at events. Commitment to diversity and to serving the needs of a diverse community. Ability to stand up to 6 hours at a time. Friendly and patient demeanor required. Ability to learn retain and enforce department procedures and policies. Desire to work in and around athletics. One to two years of similar experience. High School diploma.
