Job Description
Job Duties
Each account we service has a specific set of cleaning tasks for Office Pride employees to complete per customer schedule.
Frontline cleaners are responsible for the following tasks:
Sweep or vacuum and damp mop floors or run floor machine
Dust surfaces throughout customer facility
Clean restrooms
Restock customer product supplies including soap dispensers toilet paper paper towels etc.
Clean entryway door glass
Remove trash and recycling from containers and place in designated dumpster
Respond positively and promptly to customer work orders
Work effectively with other team members
Operate and maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners
Conduct all work in a way that aligns with Office Pride procedures. This includes safety door lock time and attendance and uniform policies.
Job Qualifications:
Education and work history that demonstrates strong work ethic and responsibility
Must have ability to work independently and as an effective team member
Care about work quality
Must be detailed oriented
Must be able to work at an efficient pace
Must be reliable
Able to lift at least 35 pounds
Physically able to on your feet during an entire shift; walking bending stooping twisting reaching pulling pushing kneeling and crouching
open to progressive coaching
