Role Overview
As a Destination Wedding Concierge Intern you will assist in crafting bespoke wedding experiences that embody elegance and refinement. Working closely with our Concierge Team you will support the seamless of luxury services ensuring every couple feels uniquely celebrated.
- ClientCentric Excellence:
- Assist in providing personalized consultations to understand clients visions preferences and cultural nuances.
- Deliver an elevated service experience anticipating client needs and exceeding expectations at every touchpoint.
- Luxury Vendor Curation:
- Research and recommend worldclass venues designers and service providers that align with Wedded Wonderlands luxury standards.
- Collaborate with toptier partners to secure exclusive offers private tours and premium packages.
- Event Planning Support:
- Assist in developing tailored proposals mood boards and itineraries for destination and cultural weddings.
- Manage timelines and ensure seamless communication between clients and vendors.
- Attention to Detail:
- Meticulously document client preferences ensuring no detail is overlooked.
- Maintain Wedded Wonderlands reputation for flawless by triplechecking every aspect of the planning process.
- Exclusive Experience Creation:
- Support the design of oneofakind moments from luxury venue walkthroughs to signature experiences like private yacht receptions and fireworks displays.
- Contribute to content showcasing the most stunning venues couture trends and cultural inspirations.
