Fix Auto Houston one of Houstons largest independent collision repair facilities is seeking an experienced Collision Estimator to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for accurately estimating and managing all damages and repairs for collision vehicles as well as acting as a liaison for insurance companies and serving as a DRP (Direct Repair Program) Manager. This is a fulltime individual contributor role with a competitive salary and great team environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary range of $75000 to $150000 per year paid weekly

Responsibilities:
Accurately estimate damages and repairs for collision vehicles using industryleading software
Manage and oversee all aspects of the repair process including ordering parts and scheduling repairs
Communicate with insurance companies and serve as a liaison for DRP program requirements
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues
Monitor repair process and maintain timeline for completion
Keep detailed and organized records of repairs estimates and insurance communications
Train and supervise junior estimators or administrative staff as needed
Collaborate with other departments within the franchise to ensure efficient and effective operations
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; postsecondary education or ICAR certification preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Collision Estimator and DRP Manager
Extensive knowledge of collision repair processes techniques and materials
Proficiency in industryleading software and technology used for estimating and managing repairs
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
Attention to detail and ability to accurately assess and estimate damages and repairs
Demonstrated skills in leadership problemsolving and teamwork
