Job Description
- Property and Maintenance: the maintenance of facilities infrastructure and solar systems to ensure operational reliability.
- IT Oversight: ensuring seamless operation of systems networks and cybersecurity.
- Systems and Procedures: Develop implement and enforce policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Strategic Support: Assist the Head of Operations with crossfunctional collaboration special projects and operational improvements.
- Staff Management: Oversee teams across buildings and IT ensuring productivity motivation and development.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering/ Logistics or related fields.
- Proven experience in systems implementation IT oversight and property maintenance (including solar).
- Strong leadership problemsolving and organizational skills
- Strong organizational negotiation and analytical skills. Experience with maintenance tools and systems.
- Competencies: Attention to detail proactive mindset problem solving and collaboration.
- Own car essential
- Exposure in a warehouse environment advantageous
