Job Description
Position: Night Bellman
Department: Bellstand
Primary Responsibilities:
Greet smile and welcome guest
Assist guest with their luggage at check in and check out
Able to learn proper baggage handling
Ability to explain hotel amenities to guest and maintain thorough knowledge of the resort
Deliver item to occupied rooms
Able to communicate clearly
Secondary Responsibilities:
Maintain control of bell carts
Polish brass carts
Pickup room service hang tags
Pick up valet laundry service
Be able to do shoe polish upon guest request
Good phone etiquette
Assist with valet parking when Valet department closed for the night
Arrive promptly for any shifts scheduled
Normal Working Hours:
11PM 7AM weekends and holidays included
Overtime when necessary

Past Work Experience Requirements:
Prior hotel experience preferred
Educational Requirements:
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Technical Requirements:
Must be able to learn layout of hotel and location of all amenities
Drivers License required
Be able to lift heavy item
Required Supervision:
Reports to Front Office Supervisor and Front Office Manager
